I mean, to consider your symptoms from any other angle. Believing that something \u2018must be wrong\u2019 might feel safer or more comforting, as you might be concerned about what could potentially lie behind it. Jut like a Chinese shadow, believing what you see is the main issue. Yet what lies beneath the surface or the appearance <strong>is far less dramatic than we think.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attention giving is often the only thing that\u2019s needed to bring minor physical symptoms to rest. Just like you would give a hurt child some tender loving care, <strong>you need to be caring of your body\u2019s signals.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One simple and natural way to do so is thru the use of your instinct. The way of instinct is a way that begins with pausing, listening, and trusting that your body might actually know more than you think, and choose to trust that. It constantly adapts, compensates, protects and restores, without you even being aware of it. A tension in the neck after a particularly stressful day at work, a stomach issue coming out of nowhere, a knee-joint pain suddenly manifesting.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Even if for some, relating a symptom to a cause still feels uneasy, personally I have countless examples of clients with physical issues, that came and went in the most surprising yet synchronized ways with their sudden life issues.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In general, <strong>symptoms mean something is off or not taking care of or accounted for<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Lasting<\/strong> <strong>tensions<\/strong>, could reflect your body\u2019s way of asking for more safety, more grounding, more boundaries.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Fatigue <\/strong>might be an invitation to rest and restore, as a result of mentally pushing to hard.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pain <\/strong>might not mean \u201csomething is broken\u201d \u2014 but rather that something is ready to change, to heal, or to be handled differently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>So, next time something pops up, pause for a moment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Then rewind, see if you find a trigger \u2013 be honest with yourself and your feelings, then give yourself some forgiveness or understanding and move on.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e1e2465 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e1e2465\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Changing your mindset<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ad9b960 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ad9b960\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here\u2019s a little mantra for you\u2026<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em><strong>Your body is not your enemy.<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>It\u2019s not broken. It\u2019s not failing you.<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>It\u2019s communicating with you, doing its best to protect and guide you \u2014 even when the signs feel uncomfortable.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3fc8858 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3fc8858\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Learning to listen, to trust, and to respond with patience can change everything. Keep that in mind.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Being autonomous and empowered isn\u2019t about ignoring symptoms. <strong>It\u2019s about meeting them with curiosity instead of fear.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you start doing that, you don\u2019t just feel better.<br \/>\nYou reconnect with a part of yourself that was never really lost \u2014 only just waiting to be heard.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So, <strong>give yourself and your body a little credit.<\/strong> You don\u2019t have much to lose. At the most,<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">all you need is a leap of faith.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You really don\u2019t have to live in fear of your body. When you learn to trust it, listen to it, and work with it \u2013 not against it \u2013 you reconnect with an extraordinary source of resilience and balance.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83d\udd4a\ufe0f Everything you need to know is inside you.
