optimal \u2014 especially when the conditions aren\u2019t right.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"159\" data-end=\"323\">Moving by forcing, compensating, and adapting is part of daily life for many active people. <strong>As long as things \u201chold up,\u201d we keep going without asking questions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"330\" data-end=\"514\">And when pain appears, we often ignore it \u2014 sometimes because we don\u2019t understand what\u2019s happening, or because we\u2019re afraid to hear things that would force us to change our habits.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"521\" data-end=\"662\"><strong>But by pushing through for too long, the body eventually wears out<\/strong>: ligaments, tendons, joints, discs\u2026 nothing in the body lasts forever.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-744ef19 e-flex e-con-boxed body really works.<br data-start=\"186\" data-end=\"189\" \/>It\u2019s about feeling your natural alignments.<br data-start=\"236\" data-end=\"239\" data-is-only-node=\"\" \/>It\u2019s about moving with awareness: sensing, adjusting, respecting.<br data-start=\"308\" data-end=\"311\" \/>It\u2019s about practicing your sport while knowing your true limits \u2014 and using them as markers for life:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"155\" data-end=\"363\">Lifting your child, carrying a heavy bag, repainting a wall, moving something from under the bed\u2026 all these actions, when done poorly, create compensations that can leave us out of commission for a while.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"370\" data-end=\"551\">Knowing how to move means avoiding injuries \u2014 and staying independent for longer.<br data-start=\"453\" data-end=\"456\" \/>Some lessons are worth it because their value shows up in long-term freedom and autonomy.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"558\" data-end=\"713\">In my world, being able to do anything with your body \u2014 without hurting yourself \u2014 is one of the <strong>greatest added values<\/strong> for a simpler, freer daily understand their body means slowing down or wasting time.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"164\" data-end=\"274\">In reality, understanding how the body works optimally is part of a long-term strategy: <strong>investing to last.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"281\" data-end=\"375\">And very often, those who take this time discover something surprising:<strong> less becomes
