Body to Soul – Why I’m Opening a New Chapter

One morning, I woke up with this name in my head.

Something had been brewing for a while already, but I still had my doubts… After all, I had just finished my Organic Performance website!

And yet, the name insisted on staying, like an obvious truth. I checked the domain name availability — it was free. I registered it. And within a few hours, I found myself facing a whole new mountain of work. Argh.

But this time, there was a difference. After four and a half years of searching for my new identity — or rather, the best way to host and present the Organic Performance method I created — I finally felt like I had found a place to unpack my bags.

Despite the daunting prospect of having to update my third website (yes, the third!), my biggest concern was:

How will I explain Body to Soul? Will people think I’ve left Organic Performance behind?

Not a separation, but an opening — a breath of fresh air

If Organic Performance is the method I’ve developed over more than twenty years of teaching Pilates — a method that helps people regain their full physical potential by drawing on their gentlest energy — then Body to Soul is the space where anyone, whatever the nature or extent of their physical challenges, can go further.

Sometimes, the path remains purely physical: better posture, greater stability, more precision and comfort in movement.
And sometimes, it naturally opens onto something deeper: the emotional and mental layers stored in the body, the subtle ways it holds our stories, our fears… and our hidden potential.

Body to Soul is simply the broader framework that can hold it all.

The story that confirmed the value of the change

The story that confirmed the value of the change

About three months ago, I was called to work with a young woman who had been sleepwalking for as long as she could remember.

To be honest, when she came to speak to me during a workshop, I wasn’t sure I could help her.
But I have one conviction: if someone crosses my path and asks for my help, there’s a good chance I can do something for them.

After telling her that I couldn’t guarantee results or predict how long it might take, I suggested she not commit to a package — I simply didn’t yet know what we were getting into!

But… what if I told you that we never spoke directly about her problem, and that it only took three 90-minute sessions for her to get her nights back… would you believe me?

The common thread

For years, while I was supposed to be teaching the Pilates method, I found myself following the protocol less and less. I often wondered whether what I was doing was truly legitimate.

What I know today is this: it was my clients who led me in that direction.

In early 2021 — a year before closing my Pilates studio in Geneva — my wonderful visual communication coach, Bill Miles, who guided me in my first steps to bring my method into the light, gave me my first big “aha” moment.

He compared my work to that of a horse whisperer.

What he had perceived is the very essence of my approach: the ability to read, through people’s bodies, what is preventing them from being completely free in their movement — and, very often, the deeper reasons behind those blockages.

It took time… until I understood that none of this was strange, but simply my gift.

No matter what happens to a person, it’s always the body that sets the tone.
The transformation can remain in the doing — moving — or go further, into the being — embodying.

Why Body to Soul

Body to Soul was born from this realization.

It’s not a replacement for Organic Performance it’s the umbrella that shelters it.
Organic Performance remains my method, my foundation, the concrete way to begin the work.

But Body to Soul is the whole journey:
From the body… to the deeper layers of who we are.
From physical changes… to transformations that touch an entire life.

If you’ve worked with me for some time, you’ll recognize the same values: listening, precision, and respect for the body’s rhythm.
But you may also notice a new space — a space where the dialogue between body, emotions, and soul can grow.

Because whether you want to heal, evolve, or excel… your body already knows the way.
And if you’re not sure it does, I’m here to help you discover it.
