Stories

Unique and diverse experiences that spark transformation

Behind every physical blockage, there’s often more than just a “problem to fix.”
There’s a story. A memory. A call to be heard.

Through these stories, you’ll discover unique journeys — where the body became a guide toward deep transformation.
Nothing was forced. Yet each step, each moment of awareness, opened a new path: truer, freer.

These moments aren’t spectacular.
They’re real.

Perhaps something in these stories will echo your own…

Basile

Basile needed clarity.

"My karate coach said there seemed to be an emptiness in my belly, but I couldn’t make sense of it. That’s why I turned to Anne.

She quickly uncovered the root of it, allowing me to see clearly what needed to change."

Basile
26 years old

My reality check

After observing Basile in movement and testing his balance, the observation was simple:

Poor distribution of force

This very common problem comes from a lack of inner stability. Basically, the skeleton is not supported enough. Leading to imbalance. As a result, we compensate with an excess of external force.

Consequences: lack of range of motion and fluidity in movements.

Tip

To discover how much force is truly needed for good performance

It’s always helpful to dial down the intensity of your effort. This not only reduces the risk of injury but also reveals a noticeable improvement in the quality of your results.

You can use a scale from zero to ten to gauge the intensity of your force.

Emilie

Emilie had tried everything — but nothing seemed to work.

"Thanks to Anne’s deep understanding of anatomy and her movement-based approach, I was able to recover mobility, ease, and emotional well-being."

41 years old

How I managed to help her

Emilie’s problem came from a lack of mobility linked to severe pain that affected her posture.

By helping Emilie align her body, it quickly allowed her to regain mobility in her movements.

Consequences: When the body is misaligned, it causes tensions that can become chronic.

Tip

To prevent pain or tension from settling in

Gently mobilize the area with small, mindful movements.

It’s always better to favor light, subtle motions to keep the muscles from stiffening up.

Christina

Why she reached out…

"I used to feel frustrated with my golf swings.
Working with Anne opened up way more than I imagined — her holistic approach boosted my performance and showed me how deeply body and mind are connected!"

Christina
68 years old

My insight

Christina lacked range in her movements. Like Basile, she struggled with poor inner stability and inefficient use of the leverage from her legs.

In golf, where the core and arms are heavily engaged, strong lower body anchoring is essential.

Consequences: Without it, all the power shifts to the arms and the back, eventually leading to joint problems such as tennis elbow and lower back pain.

Tip

To achieve better anchoring through the leverage of the legs

You can develop awareness by imagining your legs as the keel of a boat.

The longer and stronger the leverage, the more stable and fluid the upper body will be!

Sandrine · Corps à Âme

The reason she came

"I saw Anne because I had lost strength in my hands.
What I found was a renewed sense of freedom — and the deep reassurance that I could trust my body again, as well as myself."

What her body revealed to me

Sandrine came to see me because she could no longer hold certain objects — the strength in her hands had vanished.

But her body was expressing much more than just a symptom.

Her posture spoke of long-held control, deeply rooted in her upper body. A way of holding herself in, learned early on, in a life where she had often had to shrink herself.

Over the course of our sessions, we created space — in her body, and in what she allowed herself to experience.

She began to let go without losing herself.
And she started to reclaim a strength that no longer came from control…
but from a deep inner alignment.

The essence to remember

True strength doesn’t mean “forcing”!

Sometimes, it’s about no longer carrying it all alone — and feeling your body finally rise to support the truth of who you are.

Laure · Corps à Âme

At the start…

"Anne has been supporting me since my teenage years — and into my life as a woman.
What started with movement became much more: a space where I reconnect with my clarity, my courage… and with myself."

Laure

A journeying kind of support

When I first met Laure, she was 14. She attended my Pilates classes with a maturity that was already striking.

Over the years, our work has grown far beyond the body.
It has become a space for grounding and listening — one that still supports her today through the deeper challenges of her life as a young woman and a mother.

In blurry or exhausting moments, we don’t try to “fix” anything — we create a space to breathe, to come back to oneself.
Laure embodies that grace in motion: moving forward with presence, even in uncertainty.

The essence to remember

Sometimes, what we truly need isn’t a solution — but a space where we can simply be, without pressure or disguise.

That’s where real strength often finds its way back.

Laurine · Corps à Âme

With no hope left

"I had done everything to stop walking in my sleep… nothing worked — until I worked with Anne.
After just a few sessions, I found my nights again… and my voice."

Laurine
25 years old

Beneath the surface

When Laurine came to see me, she had been struggling with sleepwalking for years. Nothing had ever truly helped her heal.

But from our very first conversations, a different story began to emerge: one of a voice held back, of an inner space kept too tightly contained.

We didn’t work on her sleep directly, but on how she allowed herself to take up space, to express herself, to breathe into her body.
And little by little, without forcing, calm returned. So did peaceful nights.

What Laurine regained wasn’t just rest.
It was her voice — and the freedom to fully be herself.

The essence to remember

When we can no longer speak our truth, the body ends up speaking for us.

Peace doesn’t always come from silence…
but often from the voice we finally dare to let out.

Each journey is unique.
